The absolute worst people in the service dept. Had an 8:30 appt. to replace a smog part because of a recall. The guy said it would be about 11:30 before it would be ready. Called Kia about noon because we hadn't heard anything yet. The guy said to come and get the car...NOT REPAIRED! They didn't have the part!!! The guy could have cared less. They could have called, at least. How can KIA send out a notice saying if you don't have this "fix" done you might not be able to register the car when the time comes. How can they not have the part? This, my friends, is bull----!. I was going to sell my Chrysler and keep the KIA......not any more. Thanks KIA, for nothing. More

I bought an used Optima Hybrid Plugin in May 2019 with “CPO” warranty and they sold me the car with the electric battery plugin damaged, car floor mat damaged and a serious odor problem related with cat urine. They changed the electric plug-in, the floor internal mat and 4 months later I’m still waiting for some solution related with the odor. I’ve been talking with different Managers like Tom, Dean, Milton and none of them give me a real solution. More

HIDDEN DAMAGES UNCOVERED PLEASE READ BEFORE INQUIRING ANY VEHICLES AT THIS DEALERSHIP! I do not recommend this dealership: Found the car (2013 Kia Optima) on Autotrader AND US PLEASE READ BEFORE INQUIRING ANY VEHICLES AT THIS DEALERSHIP! I do not recommend this dealership: Found the car (2013 Kia Optima) on Autotrader AND USAA and the ad stated it was Certified Pre-owned (CPO) which is what drew my attention. Drove from Arizona to go survey the vehicle. Noticed the front driver side wheel was pushed in a little and informed the sales representative (Wendy). She was very nice and allowed me to to test drive the car. During the test drive, I noticed the vehicle pulled to the left but overall, the car was almost like new. Again, I informed Wendy. After completing the paperwork, I inquired about the issues I found with the car and Wendy stated she would have the service department look at it. Later, Wendy said it was good. Keep in mind, I'm not a car expert. 4 weeks later (8 July 2018), on my way to Arizona from San Diego, the engine blew and had it towed to the nearest Kia dealership which was in San Diego. Now the car broke due to an engine recall, HOWEVER, the dealership found that there was a bent strut on the driver side and damaged bearings. Go figure...now, the extended warranty I purchased will not cover the strut and the 30 day/1000 mile warranty had passed. I've only had the car for a month and only made one car payment. I'm very disappointed that the dealership was not thorough with the product they sold me. Also, I was informed that the vehicle was NOT CPO and since I have no proof, I can not fight it. Now, I have to put money on some damages that I did not create. Make sure you print out the ad so that you have proof of CPO advertisement. This could have all been avoided had the sales rep and service department did their job and ENSURED they were selling me a SAFE vehicle. Did I mention my car is still at the shop??? More
Service and Sales review July 2018 I had the opportunity to buy out my lease after only leasing for six months. Max did his job because he sold me my car. Gilbert in the service department did his job as far as performing the 6 months maintenance. Who I was most impressed with what is Mauricio the finance person who did all the financial paperwork. He was patient and explain things to me and when I thought I was going to have a huge problem I was able to go back and virtually there was absolutely no problem at all. They honored my request. The only reason I gave this dealership 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had to go back to get what I felt was fair. More
