Thanks to Kazi Islam (Sales), Milton Khan (Sales Manager), Mauricio (Finance) and Bao Tran (GSM), the team worked tirelessly and executed flawlessly from start to finish to help me buy a solid, 2021 Kia Forte with the latest technology features, gorgeous color contrast and combo (white on black) and competitive pricing. Kazi is one of the most genuinely humble sales professionals I've come across and he helped explain what's new for 2021 and various features. Great cars and features are only part of the parcel; what is key is having an outstanding sales and product specialist and on that front I was delighted that I could count on Kazi. Not once did he rush me and I felt very comfortable knowing him and his manager, Milton Khan were taking care of me. Special mention and thanks to Milton Khan. Milton and Kazi helped me secure a solid-specked and trimmed 2021 Kia Forte. I am quite picky about the color and combo for a car and Kazi went out of his way to succeed on this front. On an ending note, a hat tip to Mauricio who exceeded all my expectations and helped me navigate finances comfortably. Mauricio, Milton and Kazi are superbly knowledgeable, grounded, connected and having been at Kia for so many years, the quality of their advice, salesmanship and support shines through and through. Raymond did exactly what I wanted and inspected the car. He stated that the brakes were low but no pressure to have them replaced.
