The sales portion of buying my new Kia Niro EV was great- Tania was very helpful and tried hard to take care of me. However, at the very end of the deal, after I had purchased and insured the vehicle and was about to drive away in my new ALL-ELECTRIC vehicle, Milton Kahn very casually and unapologetically informed me that there was no charger available for my car. MY COMPLETELY ELECTRIC CAR. He said he would order one for me and that it would arrive "in a week or two" with a wave of his hand to show that it was not important at all. When I said that I was going out of town in a couple of days and that I really needed a charger, he responded by telling me that the charger had been stolen. No offer to go to another dealership and get me one, or even to have the one he's ordering delivered to me. I emailed Bao Tran about it last week and still have not heard back. I'm not impressed with the service. I actually feel bad for Tania because she has been trying so hard to have it be a good experience, but the people around her are not helping at all. Also, even though the website says 7-Day No-Hassle Return Policy, the finance guy told me it's not a Ross where you can just return the shirt if it doesn't fit. Overall some seriously shady and rude behavior. I would not recommend this dealership. More
