I purchased a car use certify when I asked children way only came with one yeah I wanted to quiche I want to another dealer to get a key made and they told me certified cars should come with the keys so I only came with one yeah I wanted to quiche I want to another dealer to get a key made and they told me certified cars should come with the keys so I calls car pros and I spoke to somebody in in the parts department and he told me he was going to ask a manager and then he told me they were going to give me the key I just had to wait about a week or two, 2 weeks went by I called back and the key fab was there but now they want me to pay for i wish i remember the name of the guy Who told me they were going to give it to me so It turned into a fiasco I will never go back to the dealer ever again I’ve been purchasing kia’s for the past 10 years I will never go back to them and probably my next car won’t be a Kia. More

They were prompt, courteous, and communicative. The sales portion of buying my new Kia Niro EV was great- Tania was very helpful and tried hard to take care of me. However, at the very end of the deal, after I had purchased and insured the vehicle and was about to drive away in my new ALL-ELECTRIC vehicle, Milton Kahn very casually and unapologetically informed me that there was no charger available for my car. MY COMPLETELY ELECTRIC CAR. He said he would order one for me and that it would arrive "in a week or two" with a wave of his hand to show that it was not important at all. When I said that I was going out of town in a couple of days and that I really needed a charger, he responded by telling me that the charger had been stolen. No offer to go to another dealership and get me one, or even to have the one he's ordering delivered to me. I emailed Bao Tran about it last week and still have not heard back. I'm not impressed with the service. I actually feel bad for Tania because she has been trying so hard to have it be a good experience, but the people around her are not helping at all. Also, even though the website says 7-Day No-Hassle Return Policy, the finance guy told me it's not a Ross where you can just return the shirt if it doesn't fit. Overall some seriously shady and rude behavior. I would not recommend this dealership. More
