I would give 5 stars if I could have gotten the markup a little less. Regardless, I am super happy to have met Tim (salesman) and Alex (Finance) and Juan (Service) and Milton (Manager?). Needed a bigger car, no $ down, coming in pre-approved on a SchoolsFirst loan and Tim was upfront about everything. Mind you, Spreen Honda in Corona was trying to get me a ‘22 Pilot Touring for $52k which did not have my preferred interior color, and Toyota Place was trying to sell my a Highlander that was $44k MSRP with an OTD price of $62k! Spreen was HORRIBLE customer service, and Toyota Place (Alex Moya) was genuinely SUCH a pleasure to work with, that I would go when the chip shortage gets better just to work with that guy! I’d recommend Toyota Place just cuz of him…. but ANYWAYS, I went with Car Pros Kia of Huntington for their unbeatable price, their exemplary customer service and all around great guys. It is a difficult time to buy a car but I walked away with a great deal on my ‘22 Telluride S in the gravity gray with black interior and protection package! Oil changes, tire rotations, 10pt inspection until 2031 or 100,000…that on top of their standard warranty! It was a NO BRAINER! Now my all my kids will have enough room, they will have charging ports even in 3rd row, and my son’s wagon stroller will fit in NO PROBLEMO! Tim was funny as heck, relatable, down to earth, and very well informed! Despite the other appointments he had, he made sure to stay attentive and gives you the attention you need. His is a hustler and a gem of a guy! Thank you for everything, Tim! Alex was also genuinely a pleasure to work with. He thoroughly went over everything with me and made the buying experience less daunting! Thanks so much, Alex! Juan was a G! Needed all weather mats and he was funny, courteous and kind! I saw TV ad's on the local news from this dealership. The 24 month lease offer was a 2021 Niro EV for $2899 down and $149/mo. plus tax, registration, license. I initially was emailing and asked for VINs for 24 month lease offer was a 2021 Niro EV for $2899 down and $149/mo. plus tax, registration, license. I initially was emailing and asked for VINs for vehicles that would be part of this offer. I wasn't provided any VINs but told by the sales rep that they did have vehicles for that offer. So my wife and I drove to the dealership. Turns out they didn't have anything except a top of the line model. For $2900 down, the monthly payment would be $384 and it would be a 36/mo lease. The rep said she didn't know what ad I was talking about but even if they had the base model, it would still be much more. I'd be forced to buy mud flaps (yes, because SoCal has so much mud!), a pulse light so cars behind you notice when you hit the brakes, and locks for the wheels (these are not wheels anyone would steal), and all for the low, low price of ....$1495! Don't waste your time here. More
