While getting the initial contact to make an appointment was challenging, ultimately everything went well when I brought my car in. Everyone was friendly and professional. Tellurides are difficult to find right now but Luis came through with the exact car I wanted. When the car I originally ordered was damaged during shipment, another new Telluride with exactly the same featu through with the exact car I wanted. The first time we went to go test drive a Telluride which they didn't have and that was fine, but the salesperson followed us out of the dealership saying that we should just buy it without test driving and when we said no he made a comment that we couldn't afford it as it starts at 10k over MSRP due to the shortage. We declined and left. Today we learned our lesson and called ahead and asked if they had a Sorento hybrid to test drive. Max said he would call back after they checked the lot. When they called back they said yes they did and to come on down. We were there 5 minutes later and when we showed up they didn't have the car and never had it. Max's secret plan was to try and sell us a different car! When we refused and said we would take our business elsewhere he followed me to my car door and stood outside it telling me he would get the car from another dealer and we should wait?!?! He then proceeded to continue to text me asking for my business. I never gave him my number, he pulled it off called ID. Everything you need to know about this dealership is in the response to the bad comments. It's a cut and paste response to contact their GM. They don't admit wrong doing or say we will fix the problem. Shame on them for being a dealership that does everything the wrong way. This is how stereotypes are formed. More

Stay away. They sold me a used vehicle marked as new. Shady, dishonest. When asked about initially they said it was a standard charge for all kia dealers and was the wheel locks, mud guard and pulse break system. After research all of these cost about $350 aftermarket and are all local dealer add ONS and not standard. A way for them to get more money out of my pocket...I guess the $7k their going make off my trade in wasn't enough. When I asked Mike (sales rep) about it, his response was, "sorry sir, the deal is done, it is already at the bank, nothing we can do". Lesson learned steer clear of this dealership. Not genuine, shady and non-transparent. Stay away! Updated: Looks like dealership didn't clean out my car as good as they thought. Found a "sale of new vehicle" slip in my "new" vehicle which states my car had already been sold to someone before me. So why was the car advertised and sold as new? When I talked to Milton (sales manager) he said "technically the car was used since it was sold to someone already but was returned" then he proceeds to say the car was as good as new and this was the reason they didn't have a mark up. None of this was mentioned during any of the selling process. Then he proceeds to ask me how much money is needed to have me take down my review. Stay far away from this place. More
