All I received was a simple charging cable, and even essential items like the tire pump, which is a critical part of the car's equipment, were missing. After multiple follow-ups, I was initially told that my car didn’t include these packages. However, after checking with other dealerships, I confirmed that these packages are standard on all EV9 models and should have been provided. Unfortunately, when I raised this issue with the dealership’s manager, Ramon, he rudely instructed his staff to tell me that they had already given me everything, and that it was no longer their responsibility.
