Stay away. They sold me a used vehicle marked as new. Shady, dishonest. If you are forced here due to inventory read all fine print and line items before signing. They added a $1495 accessories charge to my new Kia Niro. When asked about initially they said it was a standard charge for all kia dealers and was the wheel locks, mud guard and pulse break system. After research all of these cost about $350 aftermarket and are all local dealer add ONS and not standard. A way for them to get more money out of my pocket...I guess the $7k their going make off my trade in wasn't enough. When I asked Mike (sales rep) about it, his response was, "sorry sir, the deal is done, it is already at the bank, nothing we can do". Lesson learned steer clear of this dealership. Not genuine, shady and non-transparent. Stay away! Updated: Looks like dealership didn't clean out my car as good as they thought. Found a "sale of new vehicle" slip in my "new" vehicle which states my car had already been sold to someone before me. So why was the car advertised and sold as new? When I talked to Milton (sales manager) he said "technically the car was used since it was sold to someone already but was returned" then he proceeds to say the car was as good as new and this was the reason they didn't have a mark up. None of this was mentioned during any of the selling process. Then he proceeds to ask me how much money is needed to have me take down my review. Stay far away from this place. More

BTW, this was not Huntington Beach, it was Glendale. Had the date/time I needed; arrived early and they got me in right away; done in an hour (ahead of schedule); easily explained what they did on a printed the date/time I needed; arrived early and they got me in right away; done in an hour (ahead of schedule); easily explained what they did on a printed report and friendly service rep. My only suggested improvement would have been a car wash before my car is returned. I know they have those services avail onsite, so it would be a nice touch If I got my ride back shiny and clean!
