AND, the reason that last one is especially important is because Adrian Avedissian has been my go-to service advisor ever since I started coming to Car Pros Kia Glendale in 2018. He is always engaged and focused, explains things, and makes me feel like I am getting his personal attention, even when he has everything else going on around him. When I made an online appointment last week, his name was no longer listed among the serivce advisors. I was deeply disappointed , and then surprised and happy to see he's still there. (I mentioned his name was missing, so maybe he'll look into it.) More

Waited 2 months for my son’s new car to come in. Drove an hour and a half and arrived at Car Pros Kia Huntington Beach only to find the car had body damage. My mistake was paying for the car and believing they would fix the damage. Left the car there and came back a couple days later when they said the car had been fixed. I arrived and the plastic door molding was still faded. The bumper ding just had touch up paint applied which was the same color as the car but noticeable. They took the car in the back and applied some type of Armor All to make the molding look black. I expressed my concern that the molding would fade again. I was told to contact the dealership if it did. I was not happy, but took the car because my son needed it for work and school. The next day the molding had faded again. I contacted the dealer. They said to bring the car back and they would fix it. I was not going to spend 3 hour round trip drive and put the miles on my new car, which already had 79 miles when I drove it off the lot. I told them they could contact a body shop near me for repair. They told me I had to go get the estimate and then contact them. I did and the estimate was under $200. I provided them the estimate. I spoke with the sales manager, Gio Chahine, because my sales rep, Tim, was off work due to a disability. Gio said he had to talk with the general manager and would get back to me later that afternoon. It’s been 11 days and he hasn’t called me back or responded to several emails. Also, my car was delivered with one key fob and I’m still waiting for the second fob. CAR PROS KIA HUNTINGTON BEACH SUCKS!!! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT. GIO CHAHINE IS A LIAR!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM CAR PROS KIA HUNTINGTON BEACH!!! More
