Although I selected "service" as Reason for Visit, it then only offered me the sales department under "Rate People You Worked With." I listed my service advisor by name under "Add Employees Not Listed." AND, the reason that last one is especially important is because Adrian Avedissian has been my go-to service advisor ever since I started coming to Car Pros Kia Glendale in 2018. He is always engaged and focused, explains things, and makes me feel like I am getting his personal attention, even when he has everything else going on around him. When I made an online appointment last week, his name was no longer listed among the serivce advisors. I was deeply disappointed , and then surprised and happy to see he's still there.
