When you click that link, it takes you to the inventory telling you they have 18 vehicles that match the deal, and the 'details' pop up confirms the terms. When you actually try to buy the vehicle (I spoke to Bryan Morales), they say the ad was placed there by the manufacturer and they will work with you to negotiate a good deal but they want $670/mo. You lose someone’s driver license when they’re trying to buy a new car? Fine, accidents happen and I was told they would check their cameras to make sure or even try to see what could have happened. This was Tuesday night. Wednesday and Thursday, I have had to reach out to THEM for an update while I am dealing with the inconvenience that happens when you lose an ID. Friday, I go to the dealership wanting to be reimbursed for the money and time I have spent getting a new ID. A small sum of $150. Long story short, I was treated with a condescending and rude tone. There’s no general manager so no one has the authority to help me. But no one can get me said manager’s card or number? Wow. Gee thanks a lot for “helping” and “feeling sorry and “trying to help”. And looking away, bored, while I talk to you and rolling your eyes? Ah, yes, great service. Get a KIA elsewhere. It’ll be worth it to avoid such toxic salespeople. More

When I told him I still want to see the vehicle he reluctantly got the keys and pull the vehicle out when I discussed the ridiculous $12,000 mark up he got defensive and insulting I was very angry took his card left to the front desk to speak to the manager when I spoke to the manager the manager responded with with the comments stating I shouldn’t speak to his employees in that manner followed me outside after I had left and wanted to argue some more. I sold cars in my past At Mercedes Benz and I was very successful at it for a salesman to treat his customers in this manner is completely absurd and unheard of and unprofessional these people are rude and cocky for no reason you guys are selling Kia‘s relax if I wanted to pay this much for a car I would’ve gone to Mercedes or BMW and the price isn’t even an issue it’s the manners. These people have no manners and Extremely disrespectful I don’t care if I save 50% of the cars cost I will not ever set foot or purchase a vehicle from Car pros Kia Glendale in case you’re wondering who the sales person was it was Jeff I never expected the manager to give me this reaction his name I don’t know but he was bald With a beard and a giant more on his face. I am truly angry and annoyed with such a horrible experience. Stay clear do not shop here they think they own the world when it comes to vehicle sales.
