I can't understand how it is that some people talk bad about Nelson Honda because a little over a year ago I had bought a 2012 Civic at another dealer and I never felt that I got a good deal and I rea bad about Nelson Honda because a little over a year ago I had bought a 2012 Civic at another dealer and I never felt that I got a good deal and I really didn't like the car but the salesperson convinced me to get it which was a big mistake. I decided to come to Nelson Honda 2 months ago to trade in the Civic for an Accord Sport. I came with my Dad who was co-signing for me. Frank Mejia was our salesperson and wow what a difference! Never pushy, never trying to over sale the car. Frank answered all of our questions which were many and we felt very comfortable with him. Frank was there for the entire process he never had to send anyone else and that was great. We drove off in my brand new 2013 Accord Sport, the color I wanted, the car I wanted. Frank was so good that my father brought my brother 2 weeks ago to trade in his Hyundai for a Civic. Once again Frank was there for the entire process and my brother and his wife drove off in the new Civic. Now we know where to come when we need another car which by the way it will be my Mom's. So glad we came across Nelson Honda in El Monte. As soon as we entered the lot, we were immediately greeted by Frank Mejia. I have to say, we were very lucky to come across Frank for multiple reasons. For o as we entered the lot, we were immediately greeted by Frank Mejia. I have to say, we were very lucky to come across Frank for multiple reasons. For one, we came in with bad credit and unreasonable hopes of getting the vehicle we desired. Frank immediately made us feel comfortable, and assured us that he would do everything he could to have us walk out those doors with the vehicle we really had our eyes on. There was no pressure put upon us, and not once did he allow us to feel uncomfortable/being looked at under neath a magnifying glass when speaking about our credit. Any questions we had Mr. Frank would answer to the fullest. Sure enough we walked out of Nelson Honda as new owners of a Honda Pilot Ex. Thank you Frank for being patient and very positive with us.
