Juan Montes has assisted my family over the past 10 years, but we "put off" some of the suggestions recommended. Yet Nelson Honda kept our Odyssey in great condition. I recommend that when the service department at Nelson Honda suggests corrections or service--just do it if you like your vehicle as much as my family likes ours. excellent service I had an excellent experience with the service department from Nelson Honda in El Monte, the guys there are just very helpful. They took care of my concerns about my car, they listened to what I have to say and right away they where on it. The best part was, the service manager himself was even helping me, the main guy in that department was helping me addressing all my concerns about the car. He did not just simply passed me on someone else there, he was there himself talking to me. From the top man to the guy that was washing the car after the service was done were all very helpful, I couldn't say anything bad about my experience there. I highly would recommend them to anyone. They are just excellent, made me feel welcome and important. More

He is understanding, polite, and willing to go the extra mile in ensuring that your car buying experience is a great one. He stayed past closing in order to make sure that we were helped. I felt bad for the guy staying so late after closing only for us to walk away since the uppers were not able to meet our numbers. The next day the dealership called us in in order to discuss the deal further and we were once again welcomed by Marco's professionalism, even after the long night before. The dealership was able to meet our numbers half way and I drove my car off the lot. Marco is patient, non-pushy, and easy to get along with and was a major deciding factor in returning to the dealership. Ask for him, you will be glad you did. More

Our Sales Representative Yesenia went out of her way to make sure that we felt (and were treated) like royalty. We shopped at over half a dozen dealerships from Fresno to Los Angeles, both in person and online, and realized that Nelson Honda's professionalism cannot be matched.
