Stay away from this Scam place. They offer you a reasonable price on the phone to trick you into their store and don't give an fxxk about their promise. I talked to Adrian at 6:30 pm about an Accord LE, he promised me 31,500 for the final OTD Price which I confirm with him several times since I got a Toyota Camry with this price, which got delayed in transition. Hey said he will match this price and let me get to their store right now. Therefore, I went there at 7:30 pm, turns out they wanted to charge me 31,500 for the selling price, the total will be 35,000. I pointed out this is even more expensive than their online Sports model price, and I can not accept this price. Then the manager started to be rude to me. He left only 2 mins and said he checked our phone record, and we said the selling price is 31500 on the phone! Only 2mins to check 10 mins phone records? He was lying to my face!!! I asked him to let me check the record, he said no because of privacy!!! That is my phone record!!!! Finally, I asked them a single ride of Uber money for a settlement since my friend drove me here and left because they said I can get this car with 31500 tonight on their parking lot! They refused. This is the whole story of my experience, I hope it will help some people who are tricked by them. More

Oil/filter change and tire rotation 10/6/18 After suffering two ordeals at two different Honda dealers, I decided to give El Monte Honda a try. I arrived at the dealership’s service center a f After suffering two ordeals at two different Honda dealers, I decided to give El Monte Honda a try. I arrived at the dealership’s service center a few minutes before it’s 7:00 a.m. opening time. There were a several customers ahead of me, but once the spacious arrival area was opened up- the customers were promptly greeted and we were questioned about our reasons for being there. A few minutes later I was greeted by Service Advisor, Ken Okimoto. I was processed in, and I was given an written estimate for the oil/ filter change, and the tire rotation. I was told that I would be contacted should the mechanic find any additional issue that I might need to be made aware of. I was also given an estimate for how long it was going to take. I received a text message advising me that my car was ready. I walked over to Ken O’s office, where I was able to pay, as well as, pick up my car and drive home. I was surprised that no mention was made about the cabin filter, and the engine air filter- since the previous dealership recommended that both be changed during both my 30,000 and 40,000 mile service. (were both bad both times?) I trust that this time, they were both inspected, and that they were found to be acceptable. This resulted in a savings to me of about $100.00. I plan to continue having my car serviced at El Monte Honda- I will ask for Ken Okimoto. More
