Honda wasn’t helpful at all. Just went there the other day. Yes they were friendly and accomodating. Upon my arrival at the service center with my 2021 honda crv still under warr Just went there the other day. Yes they were friendly and accomodating. Upon my arrival at the service center with my 2021 honda crv still under warranty, took the crv from home have it towed to the dealer location to fix for 5 broken wheel studs. I left the car there for them to inspect, next day they told me that the car isn’t part of factory defects and they said its not covered by the warranty. And if i have to fix it there i need to pay $900+ for it. That’s steep and no way I’d pay that too much. That’s when I decided not to have it serviced. To think that the car has bumper to bumper warranty which they don’t honor it as well aside from basic warranty, car is still new, have 15k miles on it and its a lease. So I took to it my trusted ex-honda service tech and just charged me $168 for it for the same fix. I’ll never go back to the service center they charge too much even if the car has warranty they gonna make sure there’s a loophole to scam or milk money out from people without knowledge to fix cars. My advice is dont be fooled on their helpful advertisement it’s only marketing to attract people. It’s up to you if you want your car to be serviced to the dealership. Its better to buy OEM or original parts from Honda and have it seviced on your trusted Independent Mechanics and technicians who once worked for the dealership. More

Don't go to this dealer for service! !!! My mom took her 2020 Civic with only 5000 miles and the service rep told her to change brake fluid and oil change for the second time. The brake a !!! The best Honda dealer in the surrounding area in actually trying to help the customer get what they're looking for and trying to make that happen. Danny Lindoro was the salesperson helping me the whole way trying to help the customer get what they're looking for and trying to make that happen. Danny Lindoro was the salesperson helping me the whole way and very helpful in answering and questions or concerns I had throughout my shopping experience. The deal they offered me on the new purchase (including my trade-in) was too good to pass up and bought it with having had no intentions of making a purchase that day. In terms of speed of transaction, everything went smoothly except the financing part. The finance person helping me was slow and a little rude to my father, not to mention she was getting slowed down by a higher up who came into the office to badger her (in front of US, making the whole experience uncomfortable). Do not know the exact nature of their quarrel, but I find that if you have to interrupt a sales transaction for whatever reason, do it AFTER we're done with the purchase and signing of documents. You're ruining the experience there for us (which to that point was excellent). More

Bought a used certified 2017 Honda civic within the first 2 weeks, the car's battery started smoking and having a sulfur odor, took it to the dealer and they replaced the battery for free, great, 2 weeks pas 2 weeks, the car's battery started smoking and having a sulfur odor, took it to the dealer and they replaced the battery for free, great, 2 weeks pass by and now the car needs an oil change, the service advisor tells me that the brake fluid is extremely old and needs to get flushed if not it can damage the brake system. Now I have to pay because the dealer states that is not covered under Honda pre-certified. This is crap, we purchased the vehicle with confidence due to the bar being Honda certified. This is totally false advertisment and crap. Will not recommend this dealer to no one. More

Please, if your considering Norm Reeves of Irvine or Long Beach Honda or Buena Park Honda, all places that wouldn’t go below $3500 over MSRP call Edith.
