i came in to nelson honda with no intent of purchasing a car ,because earlyer that week i maid a purchase at a carmax .I wasn't really to happy with my deal of purchase i felt like the sales man just wanted car ,because earlyer that week i maid a purchase at a carmax .I wasn't really to happy with my deal of purchase i felt like the sales man just wanted to sale me any car i was looking for the right price,year ,make i came to nelson honda my sales man rafael he really looked out for what my mother and i were looking for ,he has so amazing that the purchase i maid in carmax i was able to return my old deal and start fresh with 2new deals we purchased 2 honda accord from him that same day i really felt like he listen and acomidaded to our needs i would definitely recommend and this dealer and keep purchaseing future car from here. More

I was actually just going to the dealership to take a look at the vehicles because I had in mind to go to longo Toyota to buy there, but I was approached by Rafael F. Gonzalez. I have been purchasing cars with my father and we always go with rigo. Great guy he knows what he's selling you and what he's talking about. I purchase my brand new 2011 Accord ex-l v6 from Nelson Honda 3/2011. My salesmen was Ray, he was decent sales man no negative remarks to him. The problem is the service!!! I brought in my car for rattling Honda 3/2011. My salesmen was Ray, he was decent sales man no negative remarks to him. The problem is the service!!! I brought in my car for rattling noise from my drive side window; I believe it was fixed luckily. The problem is the mechanic that was responsible for my car did a horrible quality job, my windows are tinted and when they fixed the rattling I believe they needed to remove the driver door panels. While he was removing the panels he scratched up my tint. In addition he left the window and the leather oily. My service advisers name is Juan. M, I contacted him several times and left messages with the receptionist, in addition emailed him several times after the phone calls, he did not even respond once. Bad customer service….. I would have been a loyal Honda customer to Nelson Honda if they just emailed back or called to apologize for scratching up my tint and leaving oil on the windows and door panels I would have forgave them. I will never come back to this place ever again, please if you do read this, avoid them at all cost, they will disappoint you… In addition I will be leaving a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of the United States. Buyer beware! Buyer beware! Shady business practice thay marked up the msrp with dealer add on's $1300 when in reality it's worth a couple hundred IF THAT. Don't let them look at your credit until all the numbers are agreed upon (trade in and vehicle price) they play games. Do your research you can get quotes from the internet dept. not from regular salesman the internet should be your tool in car buying it just takes time which will save you going dealer to dealer. As far as Nelson Honda dirty dirty dirty... Don't waste your time there. More
