I've been shopping around quite a few dealerships in the area. My first stop was Goudy in Alhambra and of course the next was Nelson and then Norm Reeves. When I visited each of the dealerships I made it clear that I was still in the process of shopping for the best price on a vehicle for my mother and was not ready to buy that day. Out of all the dealers I visited, the service provided at Nelson by the sales (Victor Ha) that helped me out stood the rest of two. He was very professional and did not mind the fact that we were not purchasing the same day. He showed us the Civic LX (even though we had already saw it once before at Goudy and afterwards again at West Covina) and did a very thorough job at it. He explained all the features that the other two dealers did not even bother going over with us, and because my mother does not speak English very well, he took the time to go over it a few times in Chinese until she fully understood the functions of the car. When we are ready, we will definitely go back and purchase from Victor. More

Over the Memorial Day weekend I was hoping to trade in my car for a new one. I had a 2005 Honda Accord. I went to Goudy Honda and after a few minutes I knew it was not the right place as the customer service car for a new one. I had a 2005 Honda Accord. I went to Goudy Honda and after a few minutes I knew it was not the right place as the customer service was way below my expectations. I’ve been very picky on what I was looking for. I wanted to get a preowned certified Honda with dark interior< I also wanted to lower my payment and the sales person at Goudy could not accommodate me and was not very friendly. I decided to come to Nelson Honda where Frank Mejia took care of me. What a difference. Frank offered me options that I could choose from and I ended up getting a brand new 2013 Civic with a $50.00 drop from my Accord payment!!!!! I'm so happy that I came to Nelson Honda. Thanks so much to Frank, his manager Rafael as well as the finance manager, sorry I forget his name. Over all I have to say that my experience at Nelson exceeded my expectations. More

My family and I went to Nelson Honda two weeks ago. I had been looking for my dream car, the Honda Civic SI. We had been to other dealer in the LA area where we are from but we had not found the right c had been looking for my dream car, the Honda Civic SI. Frank Mejia took care of us. He was great. We found the car and I was able to get it with the down payment I had and got a payment that I could afford. I drove off with my dream car! My family and I were so impressed with Frank's and his manager's customer service that my parents decided to bring there car the very next day and traded in for a new car, so now my parents and I have new cars from Nelson Honda. Last week I was helping my Mom with trying to find a used car for her. This was the 3rd straight week we were searching for a small SUV. We were interested in a RAV4 or a CRV because my Mom uses it for her car for her. This was the 3rd straight week we were searching for a small SUV. After searching and having no luck with financing we decided to give it one more shot trying to find a good used car that had a warranty and that we could finance since we didn't want to buy a car from the street. We came to Nelson Honda in El Monte, we were greeted as soon as we got there by Frank Mejia. Almost immediately we felt at ease. Frank worked with us on every single issue we had from credit all the way to the car we were searching for. He gave us options and at the end we drove away in a RAV4 with very only 23k miles and a payment my Mom could afford. Both my Mom and I are so happy. 2 weeks ago I visited Nelson Honda looking for a preowned Honda. I still was not sure if I wanted a Civic or an Accord. As I arrived I was greeted by Frank Mejia. I told him what I was looking for, he mentioned that they had many cars to choose from but that he had some questions. At that point I felt a little defensive about the questions he might have had. I agreed to go inside the show room and once we sat down and Frank started asking me questions, I felt at ease. He was really concerned about my needs and was able to show me the choices of cars with the features I was looking for. I did not feel preasured by Frank at any point in the transaction since he was very acommodating from the beginning. I loved one of the Accords that Frank showed me and we started negotiations. We ended the negotiations with his manager Rafael who also made us feel at ease and at the end I ended up buying the car I had been looking for with very little money down and comfortable monthly payments, this was very important to me since my credit is not very good. Even though they didn't have the color I wanted, they were able to find it at another dealership and traded for it for me. Selena went out of her way to help me out and she will do the same for you. At no point did I feel like Selena was pressuring me to buy something I did not want, unlike other dealerships I have dealt with before.
