Not gonna lie, walking into any kind of dealership is intimidating. Mostly cause I have a feeling that I'm gonna be overwhelmed, that I'm gonna be signing into something I have no clue about. I came here intimidating. Mostly cause I have a feeling that I'm gonna be overwhelmed, that I'm gonna be signing into something I have no clue about. I came here with my boyfriend, we were roaming the area and he wanted to look at some new Honda models. We were assisted by Hy Tran, who made the experience so much better than I expected. Rather than getting ambushed the second we walked through the door, we were browsing for a minute before Hy approached us. He seemed more interested in what we wanted, which was nice. He then gave us information on the model we were interested in, making sure to point out the good things about the cars. At one point, my boyfriend got carried away asking about all of the features on these new Hondas because they just sounded like solid cars to own. We walked out of there with what we wanted to know and left with good spirits. We'll be coming back soon, I can promise you that. But more importantly, thanks for everything, Hy Tran! You're the man! We were just looking at the civics when the gentleman came and greeted us and assisted us with the search. My parents English weren't that great, but thankfully Victor was bilingual and knew Chinese so that made everything much easier. He was really nice and patient while we asked him many questions and test drove a few cars that we liked.
