He gave us some BS about how ALL of their cars have this insanely overprice bunch of crap accessories that they call the ProPack. And that we either pay an unbelievable $895 for wheel locks, mud flaps and a floor mat that according to Hondas website only costs like $300, or we "stop wasting his time." This place in unreal! Prior to stepping foot into the dealership, I also had the pleasure of speaking to Linda over the phone to negotiate a price. If you're in the market for a new car, I would highly recommend coming to Nelson Honda and asking for Kevin or Edgar. More

I had a horrible experience at this dealer. We actually saw the car because it was parked right infront of the main door. He kept saying "the cars are upstairs" I think he was tired and didn't feel like walking to the parking structure. He gave us some options and we asked him is this your best offer, he said yes and he didn't try to stop us. I think he was actually happy that we left. It was only one other person in the entire dealer. This should had give us a hint. It is sad because I had purchased other vehicles at this dealer before and I had a great experienced. It seems that everybody who worked there before no longer work there and the new sales person need a major customer services training. Horrible experience. More

Came here last Sunday ready to purchase a new vehicle at the stated price after emailing several dealerships. Going through the sales process, the manager comes in and states the emailed price was a mistake the stated price after emailing several dealerships.
