Treated as if I was an idiot Fraud!!! Before my arrival to the dealer I called to confirm the car was still available and to confirm the price. The lady on the phone confirmed but Fraud!!! They even said the car was already been sold, but their system takes a couple of days to update. Just a trap to get you there and try to convince you in financing another car. More

"Limited Lifetime Warranty" a JOKE Purchased a vehicle from CFO in 2013. Was given no direction or documentation on what I needed to do to keep "warranty" intact. Looked to me like it Purchased a vehicle from CFO in 2013. Was given no direction or documentation on what I needed to do to keep "warranty" intact. Looked to me like it was an in-house marketing program. No info provided stating was a 3rd party "warranty" company. I am now having transmission issues and it needs to be replaced. The vehicle is a 2WD Toyota with a sealed transmission. Manufacturer's recommends CHECKING the transmission level. Fluids were checked by service dept regularly. Toyota only recommends changing trans fluids if off-roading or towing with vehicle. Fluids was changed at 60k miles and again at 185k miles. Warranty declined stating didn't change the fluids enough EVEN THOUGH no can show me that the fluids are required to be changed (on sealed trans.). Contacted Toyota dealership. State the same...check and change if necessary. Will not be getting another vehicle from CFO. I am sure I paid for this warranty in the cost of the vehicle...not I get to pay for a new transmission. You can buy from this dealer but the "LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY" is of no value and the paper it is written on should only be used in the bathroom. Very disappointed. More

BAIT AND SWITCH I am a working mother of three teenage boys who when attempting to purchase my son’s first car was truck by the oldest used car salesperson game bait I am a working mother of three teenage boys who when attempting to purchase my son’s first car was truck by the oldest used car salesperson game bait and switch. The Car Factory in Hollywood completely disregarded my time and patience and honestly would like to profile how what an absurd disrespect these games impact the consumer. We had our funds in hand, respected their time being assured before our 45 minute drive the car was not sold. Once arriving the typical squawk of salespeople approached us and claimed the car may be in Miami if not sold. My inner mama lion came out. Sales manager Alex Medizabal tried to bamboozle me not directing his attention to me whom was talking but to my husband who was equally upset but admittedly more calm than I. I may be a woman but will not be treated like a stupid fool. I appreciate that you have many violations addressed to you daily, however would like to shine light on the oldest trick in the book. Thank you for offering consumers an outlet to be treated respectfully in a notoriously unsavory used car arena ed car dealerships ...time to do right things right!. More
