Also, they have poor customer service, hardly to reach someone and to get a call back. I finally got in touch with the sale manager, a tall guy, who said I will get one year free service. Guess what! He hung up on me when I said there is a big different between “ limited lifetime warranty and one year free service”. They don’t sound the same. Another gimmick from this car dealer, they advertise false price on the internet. When you come, they tell you a different price with story. On the website, it gives you the breakdown with the same price on the internet. However, it is different when you actually go to the dealer. I will NEVER refer or puchase my next vehicle through this dealership in the future. More
