I don't recommend this dealership. Since July 3rd, 2024, I have financed a Tesla car with them. I am from Illinois. Until now, my car registration and plate have not been transferred to Illinois. It is included in the amount I paid for the transfer. I have been calling them constantly, but no one has responded. If someone responds, they will transfer to a voice mail and I beg them to contact me as soon as possible, but no calls are returned. The representatives I spoke to all stated they would follow up. We are already in the month of September. The temporary registration they provided me had already expired on September 7th. It is not possible for me to drive the vehicle. Furthermore, the car was not even clean or inspected when it arrived at my house. The air in one of the tires is almost gone. A pre-delivery inspection was paid as well, but the car does not appear to have been pre-inspected when it arrives to my possession. Additionally, I paid for the delivery of the car here in Illinois, since they do not provide it for free. In order to get to work, I must rent a car. Since August 24th, they have promised to send me a document to sign, but the document has not arrived in the mail until today, Sept. 16. In the beginning, they kept calling me and were too nice, but once the deal was closed, they disappeared. Without a result by the end of this week of transferring my registration, I am close to filing a lawsuit. It's really frustrating Gemma More
This dealership is a joke. I would never recommend anyone to this place. I live 2.5 hrs away. I called 2x the day before to verify what location the vehicle was in. After driven 2.5 hours away, I get there with my pre approval at hand and ask to test drive the vehicle. To my dismay, Nicole (the saleswoman$ informed me the car was not there! UNACCEPTABLE!! The sales manager, Derwin, comes out of his office and says they can bring the car there but I would need to put a deposit. I said WHAT, I came to test drive the car. He explained policy is to follow out the application first and if numbers look good then they would bring the car to the Hollywood location. My first instinct was to give him the bird and walk out the door but I agreed. I filled out the app and reminded him NOT to run my credit as I already have the pre approval. Soon after, they take me to another room and I met with the general manager, Tony, to discuss numbers. The car was advertised as $21,871 and the “EV $4,000 credit” was already in the price of the vehicle. #1, That made no sense. $21,871 + $4,000 = $25,871 and in order to get the $4k EV credit IRS rules is the car has to be $25,000 at most. #2: after all the dealer fees, the car was going to be around $29k!!! That is INSANE!!!! On top of that, they wanted to stick me with the “loan processing fee” of $999. I called my finance company and they told me that “fee” is between THEM and the dealership and they shouldn’t add it to the sales price of the car. They also said the dealership should NEVER have disclosed the “loan processing fee” with me. It’s not the responsibility of the customer. He then told me to have the dealership call them cause often times they can give the dealership a discount. I went back in and gave this info to the sales manager. He acted like he had no idea what I was referring to when I mentioned what my finance bank said. Then said he will speak to the owner/general manager but more than likely they’re not going to pay the “loan processing fee”. I then asked well, if this bank is one of the banks you deal with, what do you guys do with the other clients that use this bank? He couldn’t answer the question. I asked the general manager the same question and he said they have the customer pay it. That is insane!!! If you are desperate for a car and don’t care about getting taken advantage of then go there but NOT me! I told the general manager they false advertise! This dealership is a scam and they know it!! All the added on dealership fees they want to tack on is insane. I will take my business elsewhere and make sure I voice my experience and made sure my finance bank is aware of how this dealership handles business. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! More

I have been buying cars a long time since I’m 65 never had to deal with Bull like this. Trust me you’ll be much happier going elsewhere. Very unhappy customer. More
