The sales guy stood on his phone the whole time, and honestly didnt seem to care about me until we were signing paperwork. I knew I was being overcharged, but I was willing to pay more for reliability. I later discovered that it had a significant water leak from the rear window, which was never disclosed at the time of sale. When I first reached out about the issue, they seemed willing to help, but after months of back-and-forth and ignored emails, they ultimately refused to take any responsibility for a pre-existing defect that should have been caught in a proper inspection. Here’s what you need to know before buying from this dealership: ❌ They don’t properly inspect vehicles before selling them. ❌ They ignore customer concerns after the sale. ❌ They will refuse to take responsibility for defects they should have disclosed. Save yourself the headache and take your business somewhere else. I am now filing complaints with the California DMV and Attorney General due to their unethical business practices. Not friendly at all, but direct and to the point. No xx. Unfortunately, no negotiation either. They won’t budge on their prices and they’re a bit high. I’d rather spend my money elsewhere. Our experience top to bottom was amazing. I first spoke with John over the phone. He was very knowledgeable, and his customer service was excellent. They were closed because it was the only time I could come very accommodating.. when we arrived, we were greeted by the owner son, who is extremely knowledgeable, upfront, honest, and helpful. We went to negotiations with his father, the owner of the business and his son. The overall experience was excellent trust, worthy, and a pleasure I would highly recommend them. More

Purchased a mistake from this dealership , when i was purchasing the vehicle the back bumper was very scratched up and they took it to the back of the dealership and they sprayed some stuff on the bumper purchasing the vehicle the back bumper was very scratched up and they took it to the back of the dealership and they sprayed some stuff on the bumper to make the scratches go away, one week later and the scratches are back. two months into having the car the water pump and thermostat go out and I figured it's normal with 89k miles on the vehicle so I get it replaced. one month later it goes out again I have it taken to bmw to get inspected and they notified me that the head gasket was blown on the engine and that this vehicle should not of been sold so now I am three months in with my vehicle and I've had to replace the whole engine and cooling system, i bought a warranty from them for $7,000 and returned a week later because i was notified the warranty only costed them $2800 but they sold it to me for $7,000!!!. I put maybe a little over 1,200 miles on the vehicle before everything started to break, This might be a good dealer dont take my review as a dont go but i would definitely not recommend buying a german vehicle from this place they dont know what their doing and they will definitely scam you for all your money and tell you you're getting a "great deal" More
