Great dealership As many people realize life gets really hard at times. Well i was just coming off three of the roughest years anyone would have to face. My financial As many people realize life gets really hard at times. Well i was just coming off three of the roughest years anyone would have to face. My financial and credit situations were absolutely devastated. I was having a very hard time finding a dealership ,a bank, a lender or anyone to work with me because of my credit score and my income. I was in desperate need of a car. Mine had died back in March and yes this was already late May and i still had no vehicle. But a friend at work said her sisters daughter came here and had a great experience. So i drove an hour to come check it out. I had spoke with Jose initially on the phone and after explaining my situation he assured me, or should i say this dealership, could help me. And they did. Arthur worked the numbers and trust me he wasnt working with much from my side but he was able to put together a deal for a great car. The one thing i really was impressed with was the sales staff i dealt with were upfront and honest. That would be Arthur, Jose and Scotty. The payments were more than what i wanted but Arthur broke every aspect of the cost down to show me where every $ came from. Jose handled all the little details of the deal and worked tirelessly to get the car ready. Scotty helped with everything else for the car. Getting all the little issues with the car taken care of. The registration, detailing, the paperwork. He was willing to go the extra mile to help get it done. One thing Scorty said really impressed me. Being honest in the car business can sometimes cost you the sale so alot of times its overlooked just to make a sale.. And l hope this doesnt get him in trouble. He and Jose went out of their way to arrange extra detailing and treatments for the car because of the smoke smell and codition of the interior so it would be perfect for me. Then Scotty apologized for the condition saying, and this is what impressed me, that this dealership had only gotten that particular car in like 2 or 3 days prior to my deal so thats why it wasn't ," new car," ready. You have to admit most salesmen wouldnt say that in fear of losing the sale or making the dealership look bad. But for me, i truly appreciated the honesty and he and Jose worked hard to get it ready the next time i came in with it. All in all I have had a great experience here at Barrys and would definately recommend them to anyone. They have a great selection of cars and a very friendly and accommodating staff. More
