I bought the car on December 23 and so far your store hasn't given me the registration, I have a rented car because I can't use the car I bought, who will pay for my damage since your store doesn't even give me satisfaction, you answer that you will solve it and nothing does.

Another day is over and I couldn't solve my problem, I bought a car 1 month ago at this store and I still don't have the registration, I'm almost 3 weeks with a rented car, this store just gave me damage!.

Ms. Grazi, I understand you are frustrated. We are as well. The Mass registration has never taken this long. Unfortunately due to Covid they are incredibly short handed and are taking almost 3-4 weeks longer than normal. I apologize for the delay however we cannot change a state regulated service. We have supplied them everything they need and you should have your registration any day. Regards, Lucas Barry

Beautiful as your answers, too bad it doesn't correspond to reality, your employee is asking me for document yesterday to register the car… do your employees not know which documents to send? after almost a month of purchase they are asking for the back of my driver's license.

if you know it's taking 3 to 4 weeks, why didn't you deliver the car to me when you had the document in hand? Why did you take my car that I gave in the exchange? if you had left it with me it wouldn't have given me so much damage and headache
