They did an awesome job detailing the car and leaving me to enjoy my ride home in a clean new (used) vehicle I dreamed of owning. I never felt like I was getting pressured into anything I didn’t feel comfortable doing. He listened to my concerns, was very patient and respectful to me, and worked for me with my budget in mind. Scotty made the purchase of my 2010 F150 Platinum as painless as possible. I would highly recommend speaking with Scotty if you visit Barrys auto. My only concern was buying into the extended warranty. I had a very bad experience from a different dealership when I bought their extended warranty. Every time I needed work done, somehow my warranty didn’t cover the labor and parts. I felt like I got ripped off for sure. After refusing to buy into Barrys extended warranty, I explained to Arthur Caouette, their finance guy, why I was so against it, he assured me that Barrys warranty was much different and I wasn’t being taken for a ride. Arthur was very knowledgeable and after a long debate, I decided to buy into the extended warranty. Only time will tell if I made the right decision on that but i will say that if Arthur was being truthful and I feel like he really was, then everyone who buys a vehicle from Barrys should buy into the extended warranty. Thank you Scotty and Arthur. I look forward to doing business with you in the future! More
