So I am not one to usually write a review for anything. However in this situation, I really feel deeply passionate about how different Barry's is, with their customers, vs any other car dealership that I'v However in this situation, I really feel deeply passionate about how different Barry's is, with their customers, vs any other car dealership that I've been too!. So I've been a customer of Barry's for about a year now. And I'm back here buying my second car from them. The first one unfortunately was in a total loss accident. So I was in need of another car much sooner than I ever imagined! I have to say, that when I reached out to Barry's after my car was declared a total loss, I felt so worried. However, Mr. Lucas Barry; the owner of Barry's, took me right "under his wing", with every step of the process. He was extremely understanding, helpful, supportive, and he reassured me that he was going to do the very best he could, to make it as smooth a transition as possible. Mr. Barry had me work with one of his "best salesmen ", (the best salesman in my opinion), Scotty Pimentel. I have to say, there seemed to be no issue that Scotty couldn't handle, and also smoothed out all the edges too. I'm not going to lie and say that my situation was easy. Financially its very complicated. And from my past with my divorce that was complicated too. Not to mention, that I'm also disabled. However, both Scotty as well as Mr. Barry, worked tirelessly, on my case for just a few hours! That was it, and I had bought and signed all the forms, for my new car!! I couldn't believe how quickly and smooth things went, but I never felt rushed! Just in comparison, the first time I came to buy a car here, I was here about 12 hours, and we weren't done!!! Don't get me wrong, both myself and my kids were treated like family. It just took about three days to complete everything!! I just feel strongly that it was the extreme efforts of Scotty and Mr. Barry who ensured this experience would be a great one. I am very pleased with this experience. And I greatly thank Mr. Barry, and for sure Scotty Pimentel. If it wasn't for them, I would still be stressing out, etc. I instantly felt a weight lift as I was leaving that day! So, if you are looking for a new vehicle, used vehicle or anything else, you should really consider stopping by. And don't fret if you might have a delicate or "weird" situation, because they have tons of programs, something for everyone so to speak,! Plus Mr. Barry is usually in the building, so whatever is going on that's additional from what Scotty and the other salespeople can do, they can usually seek answers on the spot. :) Also if you want to get treated like family and have every t crossed and i dotted, as well as not have to wait around all day, ask for Mr. Scotty Pimentel! I promise that you won't be disappointed! I am truly so grateful for both Scotty Pimentel and Mr. Barry!😊 More
