Very shady dealership!! They day i purchased my vehicle Jose told me my finance was secured with wells fargo, but when i called them 2 days later wells fargo had no idea who i was. Nearly 2 weeks later i f Jose told me my finance was secured with wells fargo, but when i called them 2 days later wells fargo had no idea who i was. Nearly 2 weeks later i finally called car club and they gave me a completely different lender's information. This new lender was demanding terms other than what was agreed to in the contract, when i refused the new terms Jose demanded i return their car and stated he would not refund my down payment. So 2 weeks and counting with no finance. I tried to return their car upon their request and when i arrived with a representative they threatened us and chased us off the lot while cursing at us and insulting our appearance. More

I recently purchased a 2004 Ford Truck. When I got there I was greeted by Jim. He was very friendly and helpful. I was shown several trucks and other car's.Jim was great he showed me other cars on autotrader that were very similar to what I was thinking of buying and that their prices were in most situations lower than the other dealers online(I was leery about buying from a used car dealer) After we agreed on the price that I could afford. I was then introduced to the Finance guy Brian.(again a little leery) When I was done I ended up with a lower interest rate than from my own credit union. He was very straight forward and honest showing me all the different options I had. I am not one of those people who do this kind of stuff but this dealer really impressed me and I will buy from them again and refer them to anyone. More

I have bought from here multiple times and will NEVER go to any other dealership because Car Club is that good. Also I have sent many people to buy here and all have had a great experience and got an awesom to any other dealership because Car Club is that good.
