all sorts of issues,,,,and xxx warranty Bought a Chevy truck from this dealership. Within the first month it needed a new fuel pump.then discovered the heater works when it wants. And now its back there needing another 2000 dollars worth of work. We paid 10,000 for this truck,and even more for their crappy warranty, which covers nothing! All we wanted was a reliable car,and are credit was not the best so they saw us coming. Oh ya....they did offer to sell us another car, but for of course more $ and of course we r getting way less for our truck.....which we have made less then 5 payments on! And the customer service to deal with this....has sucked! More

Car is a huge xxx. " I bought a car from Car Club in April of last year. The car is the worst car I have ever owned. It has broken down on me 4 times. Constant repairs. Bad battery, Coolant leak, alternator, oil sensing unit bad. Dumping oil. I need new shocks and struts and the steering wheel ball joint. The car started squeeking about a month after I got it. The suspension repairs will cost 1800.00. I have payments on the car of 235.00 a month. It is a nightmare. I just wanted a dependable car. I am a nice lady. I was treated horrible by Jose and Doc and especially Jose. The car has me in tears every day of my life. I begged the finance company to take it back. I can't trade it in because I owe too much. I begged car club to help me and put me in another car that is dependable and they refused. They laughed at me and asked me why I would come back to them for another car if I was so unhappy with this one. I need a different car. I can't even describe how rude these people were. More

Great Customer Service! I called Car Club of Renton and spoke with Jack O'Bryant, the Salesman. I was responding to an add for a 2001 Acura CL-S. I told him I was intereste I called Car Club of Renton and spoke with Jack O'Bryant, the Salesman. I was responding to an add for a 2001 Acura CL-S. I told him I was interested in seeing the car. He was very pleasant over the phone, and I asked him if it was possible to see the car that afternoon. He told me no problem and that he would get the car pulled out for us when we arrived. My son and I (this car was for my son) got in the car and drove from Issaquah to Renton. When we arrived there, the car was parked directly out in front of the building. It was exactly what we were looking for. When we saw the car in person we were impressed. Jack met us out front, and he went over a few of the details of the car. We then proceeded to test drive the vehicle. Jack was exceptionally knowledgeable and new a lot about the car. As we were driving, it was clear that my son was also very impressed with the car, as was I. When we arrived back at Car Club of Renton and decided to purchase the car. Normally I would have made an offer, but decided to pay the full price they were asking because of the exceptional quality and condition of the car. I sat down with Jack to do the paperwork, and Bryce was getting better acquainted with his new (used) car. Jack and I finished the paperwork in record time and we were on our way. I would recommend Car Club of Renton highly to anyone that is interested in buying a good used car, and if you ask for Jack, you will get great service. My family and I have been buying cars from Car Club for the last ten years. They are always friendly and don't pressure me. Even when there's been a problem with the vehicle ( which is rare) they've alway the last ten years. They are always friendly and don't pressure me. Even when there's been a problem with the vehicle ( which is rare) they've always done more than they had to. Doc has always sold me my cars even though he's the manager now. I admit I've looked other places but I always go back to Car Club. Highly recommend More
