Easy buying experience Searched vehicle online, called and scheduled a short notice appointment for a 2012 RAV4 just off lease. Vehicle was priced near their cost and below surrounding area dealers and dealer gave free lifetime powertrain warranty. Purchase paperwork was very fast (cash purchase) and brought the vehicle home within 2 hours. We should have allowed the dealer to detail it as it was extremely dirty (3 years of pet hair took several hours of vacuuming at home) and missed out on a full tank of gas. For the stress free buying experience I'd purchase through Becky again. More

No detailers work Saturdays even though car sales take place. Vehicle only had one key; told we could have one made for $75.00; checked with Toyota and costs ranged from $240 to $300+. Paid $30,000 for a vehicle and no offer to put gas in it. They should get extra keys made and hide the cost it in the asking price; they should wash and vacuum cars before delivery; they should fill up the tank when you purchase. These may be small things but these things define customer service and customer service is what makes a person return. Good things- salesman Jim was courteous; financing options were good with a GREAT rate available; place is easy to locate; all used cars offered appeared to be late model and in great condition.
