In the process, we've come across a lot of headaches with shady sales tactics, sales people lying to us to make a deal and many other things. It's been very stressful. We were able to find the best fit today at Midwest Auto when we came to look at the 07 Tahoe and met Josh. Josh was very informative, friendly and helpful. And if he wasn't sure of an answer, he didn't make up an answer to satisfy us, it was "good question, let me find the right answer for you" and then would figure it out. He wasn't pushy and just wanted to help. Chad was great as well. He was able to help us come to terms that fit our budget that we wanted to stay in and was very understanding of our needs. Everyone there was great and just wanted to help. Thanks to them, we were finally able to put this stressful, overwhelming ordeal of finding a car to rest and we will definitely recommend this place to anyone. My wife and I thank you. More

From the get go the staff there at Midwest Auto Direct was awesome and easy to work with. There was not a point in time there that I was pressured into buying a vehicle. They answered all of the questions we had and had no issues helping us out at all. Alec and Mike both stayed way past closing hours to help us get the best deal on our trade in and price of the new vehicle we purchased.
