From the minute I set foot on the car lot to the filling out the paper work, every part of the transaction was excellent. Jim Reid, my salesman, and Mark, Chad and Bill (service manager) were professional, courteous and patient. They listened. They followed up with my concerns. Never pushy. I shopped many of the Kansas City "luxury dealerships" and got the standard aloof/high pressure/distracted/low ball offer on trade in/overpriced vehicle experience and then on a whim went out to Edwardsville. I could not be happier with my new to me car. Do yourself a favor and visit this dealership. More
