Quick and painless and got just what I was looking for I had been on a months long quest to buy my 19yr old daughter a newer car that would last her through college and beyond. I had only a few small criteria and a fairly liberal price point, but just couldn't find the right car. After scouring websites and visiting several local dealerships, I came across a 2012 Nissan Sentra online that I had to check out. It started with their website. Homestead's is, in my experience, the best car-buying website that I have ever visited. Very visually appealing and easy to navigate. There were 72 pics of the Sentra. By the time I looked at them all, I felt as if I didn't need to even see the car in person. The feeling of transparency and full-disclosure was apparent before I ever made an appointment to see the car. I sent my request for information online. I got a call back from Chad promptly the next morning, followed up by a call from Jim Reid a short while later to solidify our appointment later that day. When I arrived, the car was pulled up to the front door, which is where Jim met us. We proceeded to take one of the most thorough test drives that I have ever taken. After expressing my interest, I stated my terms and we sat down to negotiate. Ultimately, I bought the car for the price I wanted to pay and got a great used-car financing rate. Both Chad and Jim were extremely pleasant to deal with.....I felt absolutely no pressure and no feeling of being manipulated or taken advantage of. Again, full-dislosure. When I sat down with Rebecca to sign the papers, again, there was NO PRESSURE to buy any add-ons or fluff. Options were offered/suggested, but not pushed. When I declined, she still had a smile on her face and was as pleasant as she was initially...... most finance guys I have dealt with in the past are not this way. All in all, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. As opposed to driving away with some kind of feeling of buyer's remorse or guilt or feeling of being manipulated, I was excited for the purchase I just made and excited for my daughter's excitement at her new car. My daughter loves her new car. I will be going to Homestead FIRST when I am ready to buy myself a new car and I will certainly recommend them to anyone I know that is in the market as well. I had a needed oil change coming up and I thought I would try them. They were having a special on oil changes and that was a plus as well. Bill and the team changed the oil, rotated the tires and had me in and out of they within 30 minutes of my arrival and at the appointment time.
