I had a needed oil change coming up and I thought I would try them. They were having a special on oil changes and that was a plus as well. Jim Reid, my salesman, and Mark, Chad and Bill (service manager) were professional, courteous and patient. They listened. They followed up with my concerns. Never pushy. I shopped many of the Kansas City "luxury dealerships" and got the standard aloof/high pressure/distracted/low ball offer on trade in/overpriced vehicle experience and then on a whim went out to Edwardsville.
