Generally a very good experience I think the folks here are really trying to redefine the car buying experience. Every person at the dealership at the time I was there made a point to come out and introduce himself and to thank me for doing business with them. I hesitated to give them five stars because I so detest the car buying experience and am probably waiting for the other shoe (or perhaps transmission) to drop, but that's not fair to the effort I think they are making to run their business with integrity. So, here it goes, I'm giving them five stars and I wish them all the success in the world. And (at least at this point) I'd send any one of our three daughters to them if they were in need of a car. I plan to go back when it's time to have my car serviced and will look forward to working with the service department. More

Best price, straight forward, good service I recently bought a used 2012 Infiniti G37x from Midwest and the whole experience was smooth and painless. Chad and Becky got us going quickly with a I recently bought a used 2012 Infiniti G37x from Midwest and the whole experience was smooth and painless. Chad and Becky got us going quickly with all the information we needed then we did a test drive. There was a slight pull in the alignment during the test drive and Becky was apologetic and said they would take care of it immediately when when got back. Sure enough, they had it and a couple other minor things straightened out within an hour while we did paperwork and completed the deal. The price was the best around and they gave me a fair price on my trade so we finished the "haggle" in under 10 minutes. The owner, Mike, was very nice and thanked us for our business. Their financing was also competitive with what we were pre-approved for with our bank so we went with them and it took all of 10 minutes to go through all of the paperwork. I was frankly worried about going to a small dealer I had never heard of but my perception has completely changed and I have no plans to go back to a large dealer any time soon. They knew about their inventory, knew what price the market demanded, and made the whole process simple. I highly recommend them and will be happy to do business with them again in the future. More
