I have to say Becky at Midwest Auto Direct was by far my favorite person I have ever dealt with as far as buying a car. We sat down looked over inventory she asked me what I was looking for in a car and then what kind of budget I had. Then she suggested a few cars and looked at payments. I not only ended up buying a car from her that night but I bought 2. She was never pushy and never made me feel uncomfortable. I highly recommend not only her but anyone who works there. They were all so great! More

After checking with some local dealerships, looking at the new vehicles, we deceided to take a look My husband and I were looking for a specific car. After checking with some local dealerships, looking at the new vehicles, we deceided to take a look at slightly and gently used late models instead. We had dealt with several dealerships, all very eager to sell us a vehicle, very pushy, somewhat dishonest, and overpriced. Since we had done some extensive research, we knew exactly what a "fair price" was, even though we were told otherwise. So, we decided to wait a while and continued to search inventories listed in our area. When we noticed that this dealership offered a vehicle that pretty much had everything we were looking for, very low milage and a price tag that was very fair, my husband contacted the dealership, spoke to Chad, who was very friendly, not pushy or overbearing at all. He answered all of my husband's questions and invited him to take a look at the car, at my husband's convenience. After the initial visit, test drive, etc, my husband reallq liked the vehicle and started to negotiate the trade in value of his Prius. To our amazement, the offer made was the best one we had received up to that point. Even when looking at brand-new models, the trade in offers for the Prius were at best laughable. We had read the reviews availabe for Midwest Auto and were quite sceptical. They just sounded made up, too good to be honest and just plain, too good to be true. However, up to this point, we had to admit that all the reviews about "friendliness, honesty, , etc, were absolutely true. Our sales rep, Jon, was extremely patient and helpful. We asked a lot of questions and they were all answered with a smile and positive attitude. Although I can be quite annoying and demanding at times, he never seemed irritated or bothered. If he couldn't answer one of the questions, he would get the reply from somebody else. After the initial visit, there were some issues that we wanted taken care off before starting the buying process. The car had some scratches and a large scrape on the right front side. We were assured that this would be taken care of. The vehicle had new back tires, but the original one's in the front. Even though the front tires were in good condition, we requested matching tires for the front and again, this was taken care off. Since the pricing on the vehicles is already lower than anywhere else, there wasn't much "wiggle room" to negotiate a lower price, which was totally acceptable to us. After all, this business is a retail business and has to make some profit. In lieu of a lower price, we more than got a great deal, considering the repairs that were done, as well as the replacement of the tires. We also have the remainder of the original warranties from the manufacturer, plus the Lifetime Warranty that we received, free of charge, from Midwest Auto. From start to finish, this was by far the best car buying experience we ever had. What we read in the reviews is the absolute truth. There is not one dealership in this entire area that could compete with this one. The friendliness of the entire staff, the respect shown to us, the patience everyone had, (especially with me), was unparalleled. The inventory is superb, the vehicles look new and are top of the line, the cleanliness of the entire facility, including the restrooms, reflects the pride and commitment of the entire staff. We will definitely, without any hesitation whatsoever, recommend Midwest Auto to our families and friends. Since we are "seniors" we have bought many cars during our lifetime. Never before have we been so satisfied and pleased with the purchasing process from start to finish. 5 stars doesn't seem adequate for a rating. Thank you to everyone at Midwest Direct. You've proven that there are still honest car sales people out there and that someone's word and a handshake still mean something, even in this high tech world. More

I went in knowing i needed to get a new car, but a little leery of having to go to a used car dealership. My old car died on me unexpectedly, was going to cost more to fix than it was worth, and i was in a bind. I looked up used car dealerships in the area and based on the reviews decided to give them a try. I'm so glad i did. The whole experience was pleasant and laid back. Right away my husband and i liked Tyrone and appreciated his opposite-of-a-typical-car-salesman approach. He was very genuine and personable. He listened to our needs and our budget and didn't at any point try to 'talk us up' or put us in anything that was priced above our comfort zone. He was never pushy or impatient (we were there a long time, checking out several different cars), and he didn't try to steer us one way or another. He was honest, open and up front. He answered our questions and let us make our decision as we were comfortable. It was very nice and comfortable to do business with both him and Chad (who helped us with the financing). They got us into a nice car at a good price with a great warranty. This dealership is run much differently than most. They want to change the way people view car salesmen and car dealerships and they're doing an excellent job at it. The whole place is relaxed and you never get the feeling that they're trying to get over on you. They were so transparent and helpful with the whole process - i will happily do business with them again in the future, and refer my friends to them (which i did today in fact). :) More
