Fantastic service Midwest auto direct went above and beyond. The entire staff we dealt with(Alec, Chad, & Mark) made us feel comfortable from the moment we stepped in, Midwest auto direct went above and beyond. The entire staff we dealt with(Alec, Chad, & Mark) made us feel comfortable from the moment we stepped in, to the moment we drove off the lot. They were not pushy like most other dealerships and worked with us to get the best deal on the vehicle we wanted. They answered all questions we had without hesitation. They had us in and out in about two hours.(never have I had the process go that fast)I highly recommend this place to everyone and when we decide to buy another vehicle we will be driving the 5 hours to buy from here again! A straightforward buying experience I found this dealership online when searching for a new car and was wary at first (because I'm not from this area and am unfamiliar with the local dea I found this dealership online when searching for a new car and was wary at first (because I'm not from this area and am unfamiliar with the local dealers). What I discovered was a professional, friendly staff and a no-pressure buying experience. I called ahead, and they had the car I wanted to see out and waiting for me. Becky was knowledgeable and friendly. At no point did I feel like I HAD to buy the car. I'll admit that I don't remember the rest of the staff by name, but they were all great. After purchasing the car, I was so excited that I left my coat and they called my cell so that I could go back and pick it up. I've waited four months to write this review because I wanted to make sure the car wasn't a lemon. I can honestly say that I love my car just as much today as when I bought it. I would highly recommend Midwest Auto Direct to anyone looking for an easy, straightforward buying experience. More

I'd trust these guys again I stumbled into this dealership just to test drive a car, and planned to shop around. However in my initial test drive and interaction with them, I found them to seem like an honest fair dealership. Their staff was all very friendly and helpful. When I knew just what I wanted and it was not on the lot, they let me know when they got that car in. I know I was offered a fair deal on my trade in and my new-to-me car. Best car buying experience ever! We were in desperate need of an SUV and called them on a Saturday evening. We were over two and a half hours away and they were closing in about 2 hou We were in desperate need of an SUV and called them on a Saturday evening. We were over two and a half hours away and they were closing in about 2 hours. Jim ran our credit check over the phone and did everything before we even got there and they all stayed almost 2 hours late just so we could get our car. We test drove it, signed our papers and we were on our way in just about an hour. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in need of a nicer, newer vehicle! The whole entire staff were very friendly and made our car buying process fast and easy! More
