This was a simple, straight-forward buying experience with the Ram truck I bought there this past weekend. I drove from Parkville, MO to Edwardsville and got to work with Tyrone. He genuinely knows how to treat his buyer with respect through the deal. Tyrone was a gentleman, was very hospitable, and was a real pro. I would buy from him again. The owner Mike Reid said he started this dealership to do car sales a different way than people are used to and his team delivered. It was worth the drive to Edwardsville and I would do it again. The deal we struck for my truck purchase was very fair. The sales manager Chad was friendly and a pro throughout the negotiation. They treat their customers and prospects like a family run small business should. It turns out that this is a very convenient location off 435 and a few miles west on 32 highway. The vehicle I wanted was actually being driven by the service manager and was not on the lot at the time. They called the service manager to have him drop off the vehicle. Jim was kind enough to offer me lunch while I waited for the drop-off! Once the vehicle was dropped off we were able to take it for a test drive. I loved the car! There was a small dent in the side door, the dealership was able to lower the price and also fix the dent for free! I noticed after I bought the vehicle it needed an alignment. I brought the car back in and got the alignment, oil change, and two new tires all free of charge! This is the type of service you look for when buying a new or used car! More
