TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPT! We had a 9:30am appointment arrived early dropped off the car for just an oil change. Text at noon to see if it was done…. No answer. Called at 12:30 We had a 9:30am appointment arrived early dropped off the car for just an oil change. Text at noon to see if it was done…. No answer. Called at 12:30pm and was told it was in the bay now and would be done soon. Showed up at 2:45pm and it was not done. They had not even started it yet. 4:38pm finally got the call it was done. Ridiculous with an appointment it takes 7 hours to get an oil change? Then they didn’t even fully reset the oil notification light we had to complete that ourselves. We stopped going here a year or so ago and I remember why now! There is always an issue. I will never be back! This was a one and done for me! I understand me taking my 4 GM vehicles back to the Chevy Dealership really is no loss for them but I’m sure the Chevy Dealership will be happy to have us as a customer! More

Caposio got me in for an unscheduled service appointment after a holiday weekend because I saw some fluid dripping from my car. Dropped off truck at 9am for oil change and tire rotation. Called at noon, and found out my vehicle was still not ready. At 2pm i got A text notification from my truck that the tire was flat. The dealership called to say i had A nail in the tire and i authorized repair. I picked Up the truck at 4:45pm and a half mile down the road the lug nuts and the rear driver side wheel/tire flew off my vehicle and left me stranded. The dealership did not tow my vehicle back, they decided to shove the broken wheel back onto the damaged studs and drive it back to the dealership. The dealer gave me a loaner truck with terrible electrical issues. I returned That loaner truck and got another loaner truck that they did not check before giving to me, and the DEF fluid was low. I had To purchase and put in DEF fluid on my own. They returned my truck to me and said there was no paint damage from the incident, but i found Paint damage after i saw My truck in the sun. I lost Time with my job on the day of service (hospice nurse), i had Two terrible experiences with the loaner vehicles, and i had My brand new(purchased in January) Sierra damaged by the dealerships negligence. Dorian did do a great job of trying to take care of me during this terrible time, but his porters made rude comments, his tech’s damaged my vehicle, and my trust in this service center is ruined. I used To boast about caposio to everyone, recommending them to purchase their vehicles and service their vehicles at the location, but now i worry About my own reputation if i suggest Them to a friend or colleague. More
