We had a great experience. We originally went to Toyota since we already have one of their vehicles and decided to also to go to Subaru because we also have a Subaru Forester. When we went to Toyota, no one greeted us which was the same experience when we purchased our Prius. Although they did have a car we wanted to purchase, we wanted to go somewhere that we knew would treat their customers better and with our previous experience at Capitol Subaru, we went back to them. Right when we arrived on their lot, Jere came out and greeted us. Most importantly and as always, it was a genuine greet. Long story short, we told him what we were looking for and he answered all our questions and shared even more information beyond the answer we were looking for which helped a lot. After working with him and the sales person (I forget his name but he was also quite helpful), we ended up walking out with a new Solterra! Thank you so much to Jere for his wonderful customer service and treating myself and my family so well. More
