Regular maintenance work took almost 3 hours. I had an appointment, but was put at the end of the line on a busy morning. Richard in sales was great. He was very friendly and welcoming. I came in to test drive a used car and he already had it warmed up and parked right outside for me. We went on a test drive and he let me test all the features I want. I found a button that kept sticking, so he took the time to clean it when we got back to the dealership. I purchased it and am very happy with the car. I was able to trade in my car. That process was a little less transparent because the price they offered did not match what I had found online, but they did give me an itemized list of the issues with my car when I asked. The whole process took over 3 hours and there was a lot of waiting, but my salesperson did stick with me until I was handed over to Angelo for financing. Minor annoyance: the car was missing floor mats (they disclosed this during the tour of the car) and it wasn't a Subaru so I had to replace them myself. More
