David in the parts department deserves an award for his efforts to secure an LED headlight. Apparently Subaru hasn't figured out how to package these parts and literally 10 arrived - all broken. After a month of failures, I finally had to take matters into my own hands and drove a couple hundred miles on a Saturday to pick the part up myself. David was with me every step of the way and in the end was able to take care of offsetting my costs. I wish I had the same praise for the service advisors. They were late on getting my order over to parts and didn't follow up with me. As mentioned, I eventually bypassed them and worked directly with David. Was a pleasure. More
