Lauren pays attention to detail. She reviewed a service plan with me on the phone when I was scheduling my appointment. I had a private space in the waiting room to take care of my work stuff while my car was being serviced. When the service was complete, she came to get me and I was happy to drive off in my car that had just been cleaned!!! More
I plan the service on my van so that it would be when I was on vacation because I need it for work. The work was completed by the time I got back from break,, and I appreciate that however, shortly after I was on vacation because I need it for work. The work was completed by the time I got back from break,, and I appreciate that however, shortly after I picked up the van I noticed That there was a large dent in the rocker panel I spoke with the service manager and she said it will not be a problem to repair the damage. However, this will be great inconvenience to me. Also, my battery light has been intermittently on because of the damage to my vehicle and nothing being mentioned to the manager, this has affected my faith, in the technician which leads me to believe that the battery issue is not a coincidence that it came on after having it serviced . I have yet to contact service about the battery as of now but will This being said I would like to have confidence that my faith will be restored in Secor service. More
