Headlight flicker Called for an appointment after noticing the passenger side front light had a flicker to it. I didn't know if it was loose housing or the whole assemb Called for an appointment after noticing the passenger side front light had a flicker to it. I didn't know if it was loose housing or the whole assembly needed to be tightened. I called to see how they were making out, when I was called back they found the bulb filament was on it's way out so they replaced it. $40 later I asked why it wasn't under warranty as it still had the factory bumper to bumpber still in effect. I was told bulbs were only covered for 12 months or 12 thousand miles. Didn't know this and couldn't find where it stated it. OH well it's fixed! Taken over coals Brought car in for service, said needs brakes. Had installed. Brought car back 3 times stated noise with brakes when it sits, and you take off. They state there's nothing wrong with brakes. Noise is still there, never had noise before. Brought car in to fix air conditioner, they stated need new line cost would be $ 500.00 had repaired. Lasted 1-week and stopped working. Brought back to dealer. Stated how some fan which Crysler does not make any longer is broke. States how have to get after market unit and installed. Charged additional $ 700. Car is 10 years old, would never have paid that if none originally. Dropped car off on Wednesday, they stated short staffed.I stated how had to have back and repaired by the following Monday due to having operation on Tuesday. Car was not comepleted till Tuesday, the day i was in hospital.Called twice to have quote on body damage while car was there, ultimately 5 days. When son picked up car they never did. When son picked up car could not start. They told him car batery terminals were coroded and needed new batery. I question,we never had a problem with that. More

Bad service on my Jeep commander Got my Jeep serviced at secor oil change, throttle body flush, tune up, coolant flush all was well till I got my Jeep back. Found that the coolant was leaking called them and brought it back they told me the radiator was cracked and needed to be replaced $800.00. I then went on to explain to them before I brought it to them my car was fine and had no problems also had my cousin/mechanic look at it, no cracks radiator was fine. When to go speak to them directly they wanted me to pay them $60.00 for them "finding" the crack in the radiator, a problem they created and would not own up to, the manager came out and told me sometimes this happens when you flush the coolant witch was not disclosed to me before the service was done" witch I would never have done if that was disclosed to me". Called Jeep corporate office to let them know of this as well and *(shocked)* they didn't care nor help my situation as well. More
