She made every effort to squeeze me into the packed schedule, get the problem diagnosed and efficiently ordered the part needed, and was able to get it for the very next day! Within 24 hours, all was repaired and I could resume my vacation. Everyone at the dealership were professional and also caring. Lynn went above and beyond and made me feel safe and protected during this unexpected glitch in my vacation plans. More

I had gone to several dealerships prior to Secor, and I really felt like I was being taken advantage of in all of them! My experience at Secor was quite the opposite. Everyone that I dealt with from begi really felt like I was being taken advantage of in all of them! My experience at Secor was quite the opposite. Everyone that I dealt with from beginning to end was very kind and accommodating. I really wanted to give this dealership a 5 star rating, but I felt that the detail department really dropped the ball. I purchased a used Jeep Cherokee, which had white paint primarily on the passenger seat. My dad was able to remove the paint off of the upholstered section of the seat (so it stands to reason that the detail department should have been able to do the same). And I am still waiting for someone to get back to me with a suggestion on how to remove the paint from the leather trim. Also, there was a used chapstick in one of the interior compartments. Not a big deal, but certainly something a competent detail department would have noticed. That being said, it would not deter me from purchasing another vehicle at this dealership. Just be aware if you purchase a used vehicle, you will probably have to clean it more thoroughly when you get it home! More

My Jeep went in for a one day 100,000 mile service, that turned into a three day nightmare. I was informed it needed an oil cooler and it was very expensive. I was then told it needed brake pads and roto turned into a three day nightmare. I was informed it needed an oil cooler and it was very expensive. I was then told it needed brake pads and rotors, but they needed to be replaced together? I don’t know why the rotors couldn’t be resurfaced? Then I was told I had a seized caliper, we drove the car in and it was fine and why it wasn’t found when the brakes were inspected. It made me question the skill and integrity of you mechanic and dealership! The days and $2800 dollars later, I finally got my Jeep back. I own three Jeeps and I will probably not bring them to your dealership. I was very disappointed. More
