While vacationing my check engine light went on and my car was acting very strange. I. A very busy day, I spoke to Lynn about my problem. I had gone to several dealerships prior to Secor, and I really felt like I was being taken advantage of in all of them! My experience at Secor was quite the opposite. Everyone that I dealt with from begi really felt like I was being taken advantage of in all of them! My experience at Secor was quite the opposite. Everyone that I dealt with from beginning to end was very kind and accommodating. I really wanted to give this dealership a 5 star rating, but I felt that the detail department really dropped the ball. I purchased a used Jeep Cherokee, which had white paint primarily on the passenger seat. My dad was able to remove the paint off of the upholstered section of the seat (so it stands to reason that the detail department should have been able to do the same). And I am still waiting for someone to get back to me with a suggestion on how to remove the paint from the leather trim. Also, there was a used chapstick in one of the interior compartments. Not a big deal, but certainly something a competent detail department would have noticed. That being said, it would not deter me from purchasing another vehicle at this dealership. Just be aware if you purchase a used vehicle, you will probably have to clean it more thoroughly when you get it home! More
