We were in the Mystic Ct. area, the first dealer we found was Valenti Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I went into the service department and spoke with an advisor, explained we were driving from Boston to Philadelphia with our 3 young boys to pick up horses to bring home to western Pa. and we needed our truck looked at as soon as possible. The advisor spoke with his manager and basically told us no! We were stunned, I happened to call Secor service department and spoke with Steven, told him our situation and without hesitation he said bring it down. Within an hour they had it diagnosed and the parts ordered for a next day repair! The difference in those two dealerships was night and day, if we lived in that area I’d use them exclusively. More

He was very compassionate in suggesting, if needed, to keep the car until I could deal with my family situation. This is a car dealer who has gone over and above what I would consider normal business practices. They have always been my go to dealer but this has reinforced my commitment to them as a customer. A very heart felt thank you to this organization at this difficult time. More

A Big disappointment for big dollars spent! When I get a new (Or used) car, I want to feel excited, not disappointed that I didn't go elsewhere. My 2015 GMC Yukon XL is leaving a bad taste in my mouth. Delivered on 7 Nov 2017, it was supposed to be ready to go. We noticed some things like detailing not done correctly, or a plate holder missing. Some electronics for parking assist, that were not addressed from my test drive, over a week prior. Or missing key fob. I get the vehicle for one night and realize that there are 2 large bondo holes / cracks, up on the roof. RED FLAGS!!!! Back I go, to the dealer. I didn't mention what the issue was, but funny, the Sales Manager go right to the two places on the roof, where the issue is. (RED FLAGS!!!) I'm given a loaner (As I should be) that came off the auction lot, and smelled like burned crack inside. (Mind you, my wife and I came in to buy 2 cars, and this Jeep was not one we were interested in at all!) Dropped the ball with this loner! Anyway, the manager said he would fix and warranty the roof, and take care of the other issues. Another week, and I get the truck back. Later that evening, I pick up the wife from work, and the passenger seatbelt is locked. Now it has to go back again! More trips, more time without my truck. I'm not a happy camper! More

Oil change Went in for oil change and no doubt that is what I got. However, tires were still at 34psi when I drove away (which they were when I went in), and none of the other specific information was written in on the sheet (tire tread depth, brake wear, etc.). Therefore, I am not convinced anything else was actually checked. More

accommodating and knowledgeable I live in RI and go to Mystic twice a week. I try to call a week ahead of time so I can get an appointment and can wait for my car. Last time I had to change my appointment day and time but no worries they fit me in. No big deal if you drop your car off in the morning and pick it up in the evening I have to wait. They have never let me down. Their time estaminets are spot on. They know everything about my car and don't do any more than I ask. They keep me informed and make suggestions but it is up to me. All the service guys are friendly and knowledgable . More
New exterior Parts and car work I spent a sat morning at the parts window picking out exterior step rails for my Gr Cherokee, so my short wife can get in & out easier. I also choose to have window vent covers installed by the dealer vs by me. The labor rate was 1/2 of the normal rate per ordered item (Great) The dealer dropped me off at work and picked me at the end of my workday (also Great). All employees were very informative on the electrical functions of my car., and informed my to give them a call with any issues I might have. I will be back as the need arises. Bill Dwyer More
