Zero Communication - would never recommend to anyone. They were supposed to fix my damage and the repairs were shotty at best. In addition, they brought my truck to another location to fix an issue that They were supposed to fix my damage and the repairs were shotty at best. I had to call in to check on the status and that is when I found out. So much for contacting me before commencing with the work. Needless to say, I’m returning the vehicle (still not fixed) as is and they can get me a new one More
The staff and technicians were very knowledgeable about the description of my problem! They got it temporarily fixed while parts where ordered and promptly called and scheduled/completed my repair! The service is fine and workmanship is excellent for my routine visits. The problem comes when I try to use my service warranty.... The minute I want someone else to pay for the work, via the service contract I purchased when I bought the vehicle at this dealership, I get nowhere. I have had no follow up at all, which is unacceptable after several years of relying on the dealership for routine maintenance. Makes me wonder why purchase the expensive dealer service if you don't want to honor it ? Stand by the product you sell please! And customer service means following up on the requests from customers! The warranty requires you the dealer to make the contact! Do I really have to complain to the Better Business Bureau to get the service I paid for? More
