I had a clicking noise while turning. The mechanic was great and tried really hard, even came for a ride in the parking lot with me multiple times cause he had trouble hearing it. I could tell he was frus great and tried really hard, even came for a ride in the parking lot with me multiple times cause he had trouble hearing it. I could tell he was frustrated that he was having trouble. Within 5 minutes of having a friend take a look we figured out it was the steering rack. The service writer was not very friendly until the end when he told me they had no idea what the noise was. I did a lot of research and this is a common problem with Jeeps so I knew a few things others said fixed it but he didn’t want to listen to me. I get it I look young, I’m a short female, what could I possibly know? Except I’m also a service writer and that really made me mad. We definitely got off on the wrong foot and I don’t think I’ll be back to secor. Even though the actual mechanic was great the service writer really turned me off. when I asked for a summary of what they looked at he said he would email it to me but all I’ve gotten is multiple texts asking for a review. More
