Heard nothing until we called at 1:00 pm then basically were told three different stories. Best policy would be total honesty in communication or at the very least have everybody tell the same lie so the customer would at least not feel they were being lied to and would then be left just feeling disappointed. As the repair required a specific part not in immediate stock, we were furnished with a loaner car so that we could be on our way. The part was sourced and Secor had our car ready to be picked up faster than they had thought. I only wish we lived closer so that Secor could be our regular service center.
