My Jeep Wrangler has been in 3 times and they still have not fixed the problem. Now they tell me it will take 3 weeks to schedule another appt. for them to try again to fix the problem. The sales & service departments make me feel welcome. No pressure from salesperson. I'm want to get another Jeep but I don't think I'll be able to get one just yet maybe mid January. The service dept is very friendly, I prefer to wait in their waiting room. I don't know much about cars, but they make sure I understand what my car is in for service. Usually purchase my cars but how they look & the feeling on the inside. I had one minor issue with no contact, then having to call them. They needed more time. I just needed someone to let me know so I can find alternate transportation. I try to understand the service dept gets backed up. So in the future if the say it'll only take a day, I'll add an extra day & have my transportation on standby, lol. More
