I had recently purchased a 2012 Nissan Altima from this dealership. I was a bit skeptical about driving an hour away just to look at a few Altimas. However I had online chatted with John Choi about looking at a few black Altimas and he seemed that he was very knowledgeable of their inventory. I told him exactly what I wanted and the extra options that I needed to fulfill my purchase. I had then made an appointment with him to take a look at a few Altimas and was quite surprised at the huge stock of Altimas they had. Compared to other Nissan dealerships, I have not encountered one with so many different vehicles to chose from. I was very pleased at what John had to show me. She showed me a couple of Altimas that he believed would suit my needs- navigation system, ipod connector, Bluetooth capability, leather steering wheel, etc. John kindly showed me the inside of the vehicle and helped me connect the bluetooth to my iPhone, also did he help me understand the navigation system step by step. He was very courteous and not too pushy about the purchase at all. He knew I was interested and wasn't too overly aggressive as I would have expected. I had to give some thought about the vehicle before purchasing. I then decided to schedule an appointment with John to finalize the purchase. During the whole process John was exceptionally patient, helpful, and he made me feel very much at ease with his knowledge of the vehicles. I would definitely recommend this dealership as well as the car dealer, John Choi to any one interested in purchasing or leasing a Nissan. More

Last month I was in the market for a new car I had rented a Nissan Versa and loved it so I decided that was the car for me. I sent in a request online and within a few minutes I received an email with a quot a Nissan Versa and loved it so I decided that was the car for me. I sent in a request online and within a few minutes I received an email with a quote from Christiana Moreno shortly after I received a call from her. I get very concerned when talking to a salesman because I feel like they try to take advantage of me because I am a woman and younger than your average buyer, but hearing a woman on the phone with such a bubbly personality really put me at ease. I told her I would be available to come in and test drive within an hour or so, she said great see you soon. I arrived at the dealership and the lady at the front showed me to Christiana's office. She smiled and shook my hand, I felt so comfortable. Next she took me out to look at the Versa's where we test drove both the sedan and hatchback. I told her I liked the hatchback she then took me back into her office and we sat down and talked about the rebates that Nissan was offering. I explained to her that I would not be buying for another week or so and that I wanted to bring my Uncle in because I don't know much about buying a car, to my surprise she said no problem I understand, gave me her card and asked me for my contact info and she told me that she will call me in a few days to schedule an appointment. I was shocked any other dealership I went to they were so pushy insisting that I buy today why wait it was a great feeling to know she wasn't trying to rush me into the purchase. I knew she was the Nissan Internet Manager I wanted to do business with. Two days later I received a call from her asking when my Uncle and I wanted to come in again I was shocked (in a good way). I decided that I was ready to buy and I felt comfortable enough to go in without my uncle. We test drove the vehicle one more time, went over the price and I knew she was giving me the best deal from the beginning without a long drawn out negotiation process, we went over the extended warranty, gap and a theft device. I choose to go with the warranty and gap just in case, I rather be safe than sorry. During the wait time for finance she kept me company and explained what she was doing before leaving the office. I felt like I was a guest in her home, next I went into finance and worked with Veronica also a very nice girl after finance Christiana took me out to see my new baby (car) she showed me how to work everything and we even took a picture together for her photo album on her desk. I was very pleased with the way I was treated by her and everyone at the dealership. I will definitely refer her to all my friends and family! More
I was called by the internet fleet manager Dian Zlatonov the day I sent in an online application. He told me there was an end of the month special for 3,000 below invoice on the car i wanted! I was so estatic that I jumped in my old Maxima and went there after work. He was so kind and curtious and seemed VERY genuine and interested in what i had to say. I pretty much bought the car because of him. I have never seen someone go so far out of their way to please a customer. He was obviously going to make nothing on this car because of it being so cheap, but Dian truley cared about my wants and needs. I would definatly refer business to him. On another note, this dealership is HUGE, and it offers a lot of ammenities I dont see elsewhere. I'm glad i bought my car here. Cheers, Desire Martinez More
We are very happy with new car we got. We tried to buy from other dealer before. They did not have in stock (only one in CA), but said they could have it next day and took $10,000 down payment and we sign from other dealer before. They did not have in stock (only one in CA), but said they could have it next day and took $10,000 down payment and we signed sales contract. Then they said car was delayed one week. Then told sorry, can't get car, and canceled contract, but still kept $10,000 for over a month. We went to Kim, and she found car, told us how to get money back from other dealer, and had new car ready for us next morning. Very happy now!. More
I just got my new Nissan Leaf which I had ordered last year. I absolutely love it, and John Choi had it fully charged for me and went through every feature before I drove it off the lot. I just purchased my first brand new car, and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience! I was a little hesitant because I contacted Premier Nissan through the internet after seeing an online deal. I was hoping that this wouldn’t just turn into endless spam emails. Thankfully, I was called pretty quickly by a friendly and helpful agent (Dian). After hearing all my wants and my needs he called me back within in 15 minutes with several options that may work for me. Dian and I met that evening after I got out of work so that I could check out and test drive some options. By the end of the visit Dian had helped me find a car that was perfect for me and fit within my budget. All and all the process was smooth and painless. All the people I had to interact with (including the finance manager Karnail) were friendly, informative, and patient with me through the process. If there were any chance I’d be buying another car any time soon, I’d easily go back to Premier Nissan in San Jose. More
