My husband explained our situation to her online and gave her an idea of what kind of vehicle we were looking for and she went out of her way and looked on her own and called us to come take a look at something that just came in. I was not going to go, just because I was tired of hearing a NO and nothing going through but I did and she put us in a VERY NICE SUV with super LOW APR and just took care of us in every way possible.
