My best guess is they wanted us to leave and save the car to sell instead of lease. I can’t wait for the day we don’t need car dealerships. My husband and I scheduled a test drive for a specific car we wanted to lease. We already knew everything about this car and had it in our heads that we would walk out with this car after the test drive. Easy sell, right? Wrong. Without spending too much energy, here is a summary of what happened: - Bairon, the sales rep could not tear himself away from the football game. Now I understand, I really do but hey if you’re scheduled to work on game night it sucks but you still need to work. - After sparing Bairon all the grace I could, I talked to the sales manager who reassigned us to a new rep. - We thought things would get better. - Things did not get better. - They definitely tried to drive us out of there by making up the craziest numbers their most creative numbers guy could churn. - 2023 Kia Sportage Hybrid: special price: $41K (ma’am, you’re paying 5K over sticker BEcaUSe Of tHE sHOrTaGE). 36 month lease with 6K down = $850 month payment. - My husband and I, like a lot of people in this area are young professionals with excellent credit and sufficient income to afford a car payment. We’re not, however, completely clueless fools. - Best thing about this dealership is their creativity (: stay away. More

I bought a electric car on Nov 22, and they don’t know how electric cars work , they gave me car with 105 miles with of electricity but that does not mean that you can drive those miles, so I had to town how electric cars work , they gave me car with 105 miles with of electricity but that does not mean that you can drive those miles, so I had to town my car from Salinas to my home . They should learn and explain things like that , also Julia told me that I could plug the car in to the wall and get full charge in 9 hours. That was a lied they don’t even give the cord to get that 9 hours of charge they only gave me de cord that charge in 60 hours. . And the experience in the dealer was uncomfortable, Julia was with two clients at the time so that felt disrespectful. And I went to buy a car and I ended it up leasing. More

I have been here more than 30 time (yes I have counted) because I serviced 2 car every 5000 miles for years and years, not even including times I had to service due to certain issues. It's getting worse a because I serviced 2 car every 5000 miles for years and years, not even including times I had to service due to certain issues. It's getting worse and worse by the month. The old team here was very good, responsive, and always caring about customers. Now, its completely different. Most of the old team has left (now I can see why) and they simply don't care like before. In my case, they missed diagnosing an issue that has occurred many times in the past (I brought the car to them every single time) by saying there is nothing wrong with it, and now that I had to tow the car they are saying they need to replace it. I know the service advisor is new to the team and is doing what his manager is saying, but trying to use techniques like "we will give you 10% discount" or "this is the best I can give you" all the time, is becoming frustrating. And now, I will never buy Kia again. It's just not worth the terrible service. I hope their manager and the district manager whom I'm about to speak to realizes that bad services could mean fewer sales. Disclaimer: I previously reviewed here 5/5 and now I have officially filed a complaint through Kia Customer Service (HQ). Last word: I went to see new dealerships other cities around the bay area or tri-valley. And OH MY GOD there some some amazing ones (like BMW) that are super nice, always understanding and doing their best to satisfy the customers. More
Need to return my lease and they just did not accepted, creating unreasonable requirement of pre inspection report, when that is NOT required. Stevens Creek supported us with this issue. Capital Kia sucks. creating unreasonable requirement of pre inspection report, when that is NOT required. Stevens Creek supported us with this issue. Capital Kia sucks. if you are buying a new car or lease they will treat you like a king, if not, then they will not care about you. Please think twice... More
